As a member of our high-performing manufacturing team, the Graveyard Shift CNC Machine Operator is responsible for running equipment at maximum capacity, managing processes, and meeting production goals. The shift time for the Graveyard Shift CNC Machine Operator is 10:00 pm - 6:30 am, Monday
- Friday.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Load/un-load machines, while focusing on correct fixturing procedures
- Develop knowledge of our current processes and procedures
- Learn how to accurately use required gauges and measuring instruments
- Running equipment at maximum capacity, managing processes, and meeting production goals
- Complying with all Quality and Safety principles and procedures
- Housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas
- Must be willing to accept any necessary training to fulfill work duties
- Any other duties as directed by supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to read blueprint drawings
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to effectively communicate shifts through logbooks and daily handover meetings
- Previous experience with CNC machines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

- Machine Operator: 2 years (preferred)
