**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct monthly 1:1 performance discussions with employees and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations for both employees and contractors.
- Coordinate and arrange training sessions, engagement activities, team building exercises, and bi-annual company events.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, phone interviews, onboarding, exit interviews, and terminations.
- Handle pay negotiations and adjustments in a fair and motivating manner.
- Proactively recruit through job boards and other channels to attract top talent.
- Arrange and manage temporary staffing as needed to support our operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Human Resources, with a strong track record of handling similar responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and tough conversations effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus, but not required.
- While we value formal education in the field of Human Resources, practical experience and a results-driven approach are paramount for this role.

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Human resources: 1 year (required)
