We’re a fast-growing HVAC company looking for a dynamic **Social Media Manager & Content Creator** to help elevate our online presence and showcase our services to a wider audience. You’ll be the face of our brand online, using your creativity and skills to manage all of our social media platforms, interact with our customers, and create compelling content that drives engagement.

**Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Video Editing**:
Develop and create engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms. This includes promotional videos, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, educational content, and more.
- **Social Media Management**:
Manage and maintain all of our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), posting regularly to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- **Community Engagement**:
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a friendly, professional manner. Build and maintain relationships with our online community.
- **Brand Voice & Strategy**:
Develop a content strategy that aligns with our brand values and objectives. Create content that highlights the expertise of our team, showcases our services, and educates our audience about HVAC topics.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:
Monitor and report on social media performance, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies to maximize results.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align social media efforts with overall company goals.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content (portfolio or examples preferred).
- Strong video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and trends.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh, engaging, and fun content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC industry or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
