**Job Description**:
The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the organization and planning of TDC's franchisee and affiliate business. The incumbent is responsible for contracts and processing renewals, while enforcing network standards and conditions and brand compliance. The incumbent also supports members by helping them maximize their preferred partner sales and agency profits. The incumbent acts as the primary communication link between the network and the members and is therefore a varied role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with other sectors of TDC to keep members engaged and increase awareness of the network.
- Management of contracts and administrative documents for franchisees and affiliates.
- Retain franchisees and affiliates through strong relationship management by providing operational and business support.
- In collaboration with the network support team, help new members integrate into the network by providing support and coaching to familiarize them with the structure and various programs of TDC.
- Provide a high level of customer service and assist members in supplier situations.
- Face-to-face and virtual visits to Quebec members to conduct strategic consultations to help them improve their financial strength (planning, business plan, efficient use of resources, and optimizing sales to preferred partners to meet TDC's over-commission incentive program targets.
- Analysis and follow-up of the sales performance of the privileged partners.
- Virtual conference calls for advisors and agency owners to share best practices and improve efficiency. It is a platform used to share information relevant to the job (for Travel Consultants) or management (for owners).
- Organic network development by facilitating networking and meetings between buyers and sellers of agencies within the TDC network.
- Canvassing new agencies: selecting, meeting, and analyzing agencies with the best potential to join the TDC network.
- Occasional participation in training trips; academies, éductours.
- Attendance at TDC regional and national conferences: networking with members and occasional participation as a presenter.
- Promote the various programs offered by TDC; ensure members are proficient in and use the various tools and programs offered by TDC.

- Ensure member engagement at various TDC events (conferences, webinars, trainings, éductours).
- Regularly communicate with members via newsletters and help increase TDC’s visibility through posts on TDC’s private social medical channels. Attendance at industry events.
- Keep aware of industry issues
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant experience of 3 to 5 years (in travel agency management an asset).
- Sales and negotiations skills
- Understand the issues of a travel agency owner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English).
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to deal with change.
- Ability to effectively us the Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while working on multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the expedited travel industry and its players an asset.
- Willingness to travel withing Quebec (20%) and outside the country (approximately 10%).
