310-DUMP is looking for a strong and experienced **Outside Sales Hunter**(Edmonton) - highly motivated self-starter to actively prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities. This is a fast-paced role suited for a self-starter with a strong sales background who thrives on securing new accounts and building lasting client relationships.

**Responsibilities for this Role**:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and direct sales efforts.
- Build strong relationships with potential local business clients and major accounts to understand their waste and recycling needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activity.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- 3+ years of experience in **outside sales**, preferably in **waste management**, **construction**, or **industrial services**.
- Proven track record of **hunting** and securing new business.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
