The **Field Coordinator** is a member of the AQUATECH Dewatering Team utilizing technical, communication and organizational skills to help promote the overall growth and profitability of AQUATECH’s range of services and in particular groundwater control and treatment services. The Field Coordinator will work closely with the Field Supervisors and Operations Department and as part of a team that will be involved in the coordination, installation, operation, monitoring and proper decommissioning of groundwater control and treatment systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate manpower, equipment and material to/from sites utilizing purchase order system and respecting signing authorities while adhering to strict timelines.
- Work in compliance Regulatory requirements such as Regulation 903 & Permits to Take Water.
- Assist Supervisors in ensuring projects are done in adherence with contract (job packages).
- Understand entirety of contract and scope of work to ensure same is followed, including all drawings and elevations.
- Review and verify installation dates, quantities of materials and consumables to and from site.
- Project coordination with office staff and field.
- Assist Supervisors to ensure compliance with locates, traffic control requirements and site constraints.
- Project documentation and reporting requirements communicated daily.
- Assist Supervisors with tracking laborer training requirements.
- All paperwork to be handed in daily to ensure invoicing is on time and inventory is live - all paperwork includes, but is not limited to the following: FSR (Field Service Reports), Delivery Slips, Return slips, Record of Sales, DERT (Delivery/Exchange/Return/Transfer) Forms, 3rd party packing slips, commissioning reports, decommissioning reports, etc.
- Work with the field supervisor to commission and decommission dewatering systems, including on site counts, proper installation of all wells as per design, and the startup of the dewatering system
- Follow all standard operating procedures according to policy for the issuance of PO’s, WO’s, Delivery/Return slips, additions to contract, alike.
- Maintain open communications with customers for after-hours emergency responses and in accordance with Aquatech’s Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans.
- Evenings, weekends (on-call) and travel within Ontario is a component of this position.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Maintain vehicle in a cleanly and organized manner - ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance is a top priority.
- Adhere to and uphold Aquatech's H&S Policy & OHSA, PPE requirements.
- Comprehensive training in construction industry health and safety, maintain certification of same, including all necessary training and certifications in order to perform job responsibilities.

**Qualifications and Required Experience**
- Experience in construction, in particular civil work a requirement
- MOE Water Well Technician License or ability to obtain
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- First aid, WHIMIS, fall arrest, and confined space training (an asset)
- Experience related to pumping and dewatering systems
- General knowledge of the construction industry
- Ability to heavy materials (pipe, hose fittings) up to 50 lbs a requirement
- Uninhibited ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and grasp
- Periodic exposure to outdoor weather, shop and job site conditions
- Must have their own vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Must be flexible and available to work after hours, weekends and travel to various jobsites

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
