**Position Overview**:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the **Field Supervisor** is a member of the Dewatering Team who orchestrates and supervises pumping system setups to ensure that actual installations emulate design requirements. The individual in this position will supervise labor force during setup operations to ensure production is constantly efficient, costs are minimized, and safety is a priority as they relate to completed documentation requirements for all monitoring, cost and safety aspects of installations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- On-site project supervision including management of field personnel, specialty equipment and materials.
- Understand and implement all required safety measurements.
- Be able to confer with all levels of staff from laborers to engineers to resolve technical issues and improve construction methods.
- Communicate and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and inspection records.
- Understand drawings, specification, geotechnical reports, hydrogeology reports, civil drawings, structural drawings, etc.
- Implement required quality control measures.
- Record and verify on-site activities.
- Understand budgets and implement cost controls to achieve financials targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
- Previous experience with foundation drilling and/or geotechnical construction is preferred.
- Must be well organized, responsible, reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and have a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Ability to travel nationwide.
- Driver’s license is required.
- Construction Superintendents: 1 year (preferred).
- Relevant experience in construction, particularly in water-related projects.
- A solid foundation in civil engineering principles is preferred.

- Weekends as needed
