**Job Summary**
Group of Gold Line and TeleResolve Inc is the largest Prepaid Calling Card Company providing over 100 million minutes of long distance calling per month to our customers.
We are the only company of its kind in North America that retains complete ownership and control of all aspects of our business. Our call center plays an integral role in providing superior service to our clients. Gold Line is committed to continuous improvement and setting benchmarks for excellence of new products and services.
We are seeking Bilingual Spanish and English speaking representatives for Part Time positions in a call center. This is an entry level position.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
The Customer Service department provides customer service for multiple types of long distance calling products.
The purpose of the customer service representative is to:
- Answer inbound customer telephone calls and completing transactions to the customer’s satisfaction
- Provide support to customers on pricing, product and credit inquiries
- Provide technical support for a number of platforms and products
- Advise customers of product availability and rates
- Troubleshoot dialing and connection issues
- Troubleshoot account transaction issues
This process requires a high level of interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment.
To ensure a high level of quality, all calls are recorded and monitored.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Customer service experience is a must
- Must be able to speak Spanish and English fluently (reading, writing, translating).
- Perfect grammar in all languages is of the utmost importance
- Ability to handle all calls with care, professionalism, and courtesy
- Can work well with changing and conflicting priorities
- Good decision making and problem-solving skills
- Technical background is preferred
- Ability to multi-task is a must
**Education**:
- Post Secondary Education Preferred OR equivalent work experience
