**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations to ensure the effective delivery of eye health care services. Their role is to ensure and optimize day-to-day smooth operation of the practice and to respond effectively and positively to the needs of patients and their team. The Clinic Manager must have exceptional interpersonal, communication, leadership and time management skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Exceptional knowledge and skill for all responsibilities of an optometrist assistant
- Advanced knowledge on processing returns, redos, reverse invoices, override pricing and invoice adjustments
- Inventory management for offices supplies, nutraceuticals and contact lenses
- Ensuring all equipment is running smoothly
- Managing team members scheduling
- Managing the doctor’s schedule and bookings
- Assisting your team with decision making and problem solving
- Scheduling monthly one-on-one meetings with each of your team members
- Managing all internal office accounting
- Ensure team members are keeping up with their assigned tasks
- Lead training and onboarding for team members
- Prioritize work culture, training and leadership
- Effectively coordinate and manage delegated tasks
- Provide management with insights on policies, procedures, processes and ideas for growth
- Assist with implementing old and new processes, programs, promotions and policies
- Communicate with mall security or landlords and management when applicable

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of customer service and working in team settings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient interaction.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.\
- Strong interpersonal skills

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
