**Overview**

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, budgeting, analyzing business strategy, restocking medical equipment, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise clinic staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Manage budgeting processes to optimize clinic resources and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of electronic medical records systems, including ACCURO.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within the clinic.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient services and outcomes.
- Handle human resources functions including training and performance evaluations.
- Tactical flexibility and initiative to find and resolve problems.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a dental office, hospital, or medical office setting is required.
- Familiarity with acute care environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic medical records management is essential.
- Ability to do marketing is an asset.
- Due to patient demographics, knowledge of Mandarin is an asset but not strictly required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with staff and patients.

Pay: $60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
