The **Manager, Quality Control** role is responsible for overseeing all inventory supplier monitoring activities that pertain to fraud control and prevention. The incumbent supervises 3 Quality Control Specialists and works cross-functionally to ensure the highest standard of quality throughout the entire publisher journey.
**Here's What You'll be Doing**:
- Oversee the Inventory Fraud Control & Prevention functional area of the Quality Control Pillar within Exchange Quality; design and execute on initiatives designed to deliver on Index Exchange's commitment to maintaining a clean and fraud-free exchange.
- Continuously monitor and review inventory on the Index Exchange platform to ensure it continues to meet the highest quality standards; engaging in regular touchpoints with commercial stakeholders about any concerns or need for escalation.
- Drive activities that aim to continuously improve infrastructure and systems used to detect and prevent fraud; routinely analyze and submit reports to industry affiliates and programs.
- Manage a global blocklist of sites; acting as the gate keep for new additions and removal requests.
- Manage partner reported fraud activity while always delivering resolutions with world-class customer support.
- Lead, manage, train, and mentor direct report staff by promoting a culture of performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Create, organize, and execute against process supported by quantitative performance evaluation related to your team; partner with other Exchange Quality members to translate insights on performance into new processes.
- Stay abreast of current industry standards and specifications within the digital media space, as well as emerging trends and technologies relevant to internal and external stakeholders.
- Report on key metrics, performance and identify action items for improvement.
- Acquire and maintain expertise in Index Exchange proprietary tools as well as third party business intelligence tools like Looker.
**Here's What You Need**:
- 3+ years of experience in a software company or Ad Tech industry
- 1+ years of leadership experience involving direct reports
- Expertise in Programmatic Advertising (SSPs, DSPs, RTB, DFP, Ad Servers, Video Players etc)
- Web and Mobile Development (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML APIs) an asset
- You are proficient in synthesizing analysis into actionable threat briefings.
- Combination of excellent technical, product and business skills
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- 3-year degree in a related field
