**Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will play a crucial part in the quality management process by conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with various departments to maintain quality assurance throughout the production process.

**Duties**
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of fabrication to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Utilize tools such as calipers and other measuring devices to assess product dimensions and tolerances accurately.
- Analyze inspection data and compile reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions for any quality issues identified during inspections.
- Participate in the development and refinement of quality control processes and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining documentation related to quality assurance activities, including inspection records and compliance reports.
- Support training initiatives for staff on quality control practices and standards.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and quality management systems.
- Experience in performing quality inspections and utilizing measurement tools such as calipers.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and collaboration.

Pay: $24.80-$27.08 per hour
