Experienced Sewing Machine Operator for Dancewear/swimwear

We are looking to hire an experienced industrial sewing machine operator to work on our dancewear/swimwear. Must have knowledge of industrial sergers, coverstich machines, collerette (binding machines), single needle. Familiarity with stretch fabrics, and high performance spandex materials is essential. Knowledge of pattern pieces and assembly of garments is esssential. Knowedge of pattern cutting and fabric cutting is an asset. Competency t to adust machines and provide general maintenance is essential. We require a reliable, punctual team member who enjoys a small studio environment where we are passionate about creative dance fashion and customizing performancewear. The studio is currently a bright home studio at Bloomington and Woodbine. We are relocating to Aurora/Newmarket next year.

The Position will commence immediately.

Pay: $17.46-$26.44 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
