**Key Responsibilities**:

- Great problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and act accordingly to situations while being mindful of client's Behavior Support Plan (BSP)

- Ability to identify and address current and upcoming needs of individuals
- Enabling people to overcome fears and challenges while helping to build confidence and self-esteem
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace
- Manages self calmly in challenging situations
- Conduct attitudes and viewpoints that demonstrate personal integrity and commitment it the principles that guide the decisions and actions of the profession and the agency
- Assisting individuals with their personal care needs

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years experience working as a Disability Support Worker
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with **Behavior Support Plans**:

- Education in related disability services field considered an asset
- Good computer skills
