**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals. This position offers an opportunity to work with children and contribute to their growth and development in a supportive environment.

We are looking for full-time and casual. The positions are majority weekend hours. Also with fill hours during the week.

**Duties**:

- Engage with children in educational and recreational activities
- Provide mentorship and guidance to youth participants
- Create and implement age-appropriate programs and initiatives
- Foster a safe and inclusive space for children to learn and grow
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate youth-focused events and projects
- Cultural engagement

**Skills**:

- Ability to educate and inspire children
- Experience working with children is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards youth development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 48 per week
