**Qualification and skills**:

- An interest in helping people, regardless of condition
- The ability to communicate clearly and sensitively
- Good listening skills
- Ability to work alone as well as in a team
- Great problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and act accordingly to situations
- Enabling people to overcome fears and challenges while helping to build confidence and self-esteem
- Education in related disability services field considered an asset
- Criminal Record Check; including Vulnerable Sector (within the last 3 months)
- Good computer skills
- Holds a Class 5 license with a driver's abstract in good standing

Pay: $18.69-$20.73 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed

- Rocky Mountain House, AB T4T 1C5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
