Demo Coordinator

Evertz, a growing high-tech company and worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of professional equipment for television broadcast, film and HDTV production and postproduction, cable and telco industries.
- Prepare demo/loan agreements and demo purchase quotes as required by sales reps
- Issue return merchandise authorization (RMA) numbers and follow up on customer returns
- Follow up on the return/purchase of outstanding demo/loan equipment
- Process and maintain demo/loan documents
- Process additional administrative documents (excel, etc.) as required
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
- 0-1 year office administrative experience
- 0-1 year sales/service sector experience

- Strong verbal and written communication
- Time management and multitasking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to new and changing processes
