Cybex Baby Gear and Accessories Product Expert

In this role, you will help drive the connection between consumers and the Cybex brand. You will focus on creating a best-in-class in-store experience through hands-on demos of our client’s baby products and educating consumers at retail. As the face of our client’s brand in high-end retail establishments, you will educate retail associates, engage with customers, and sell the Cybex brand.

**This is a part-time 8-week opportunity working Saturday and Sunday 12 pm - 5 pm. To set you up for success in your role, you will be provided with paid training.**

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Demonstrate the Cybex products to customers, educate the customers on the benefits of the brand, and how the brand fits into each customer's lifestyle.
- Achieve all goals and key performance indicators
- Other duties as assigned by management

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**

**Experience and Education**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in retail at a high-end retailer
- Familiarity with/passion for the baby space or early childhood education experience is highly preferred

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Extremely strong interpersonal communication
- Must be results and detail-oriented
- Possess a passion for baby, safety, and innovation
- Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
- Elevated level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
