**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage content creation for various marketing channels, including press releases.
- Create content for social media such as posts, videos, and animations.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report on their effectiveness.
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, product catalogs, and swag.
- Contribute content for internal print publications.
- Support outside staff at events and product demo days.
- Maintain and update the company’s CRM system with marketing data and customer information. Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform is preferred.
- Support customers with digital assets to ensure consistent branding and accurate product representation.

Qualifications:

- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a must.
- Experience working with Blender preferred but not necessary.
- Strong organizational, time, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for marketing and staying updated with industry trends.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
