**Park Paving Ltd.** is currently hiring for the position of a **Seasonal Billing Administrator **to work out of our head office located at 1453-91 St SW.

We have been locally owned and operated for almost 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton, and we are looking for someone to help with billing and inventory reporting.

Reporting to the Controller, the primary duties and responsibilities include:

- Complete and accurate daily processing of internal and external billings for some of our material supply divisions (asphalt plant, cement, and RCI sites).
- Process hired truck tickets for asphalt sales.
- Assist customers with invoicing questions, investigate and provide copies or reports as needed.
- Provide inventory support - reconcile inventory usage to sales, code invoices for outside purchases, post inventory transfers between sites
- Document managing - filing invoices and material tickets
- Assist the accounting department with other admin duties (accounts payable, timesheet entry, material costing) and vacation relief.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum grade 12 education, preference given to someone with some accounting courses or prior experience with billing and/or inventory control
- Must be detail orientated with sound judgement skills and a sense of reasonability
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
- A strong operating knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Explorer eclipse experience as asset.
- Comfortable talking to operations, sales, management, and external customers
- A positive, team-oriented outlook towards their colleagues both within and outside of the Accounting Department
- A commitment to meeting deadlines, shows initiative, good problem solving skills, and good math skills
- Able to work 8 hours/day, M-F, willing to work some overtime if required, and can commit to staying until end of season - approx. Oct 31.
