We are actively seeking a Production Floor Manager to be cross-trained in all areas of print & signage production including:

- Lead the end-to-end production/manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with senior management to align manufacturing operations with business objectives and growth strategies.
- Ensure that all manufacturing processes adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements, including safety regulations and environmental compliance.
- Implement and monitor quality control programs to reduce defects and maintain high product standards.
- Continuously achieve, daily/weekly/monthly production expectations based on the annual budget set out for the year.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of staff resources while meeting production goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify skills gaps and provide opportunities for improvement
- Ensure staffing levels are optimized for production needs, adjusting resources as necessary during peak demand periods.

**Work Hours & Benefits**
- Hourly rate commensurate with industry experience
- 2 weeks paid vacation after the first year
- Full company health spending benefits provided after 90 days

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Minimum of 10 years in print or manufacturing
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic Math & Computer Skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a professional team atmosphere

The following would be considered an asset:

- Experience using the following large-format digital printers and equipment: flatbed printer, roll to roll printer, vinyl plotter, laminator, digital cutter and router table
- Knowledge of industry substrates and films

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
