**Your primary responsibilities**:
Administrative support to the team leaders (and other team members if applicable).

Filing and inputting data on spreadsheets and accounting software

Manage and maintain client records to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Maintenance and upkeep of electronic files.

Manage calls/clients coming in and provide excellent customer service.

Retrieving reports and documents requested by team and clients.

Printing and assembling tax returns and financial statements

**Job Requirements**:
Proficient skill level using Microsoft office products Excel, Word, Outlook

Familiarity to any of these programs a plus but not required: Jazzit, CaseWare, and Taxprep

Full-time hours: 35 per week

**Job Types**: Part-time/Full-time, Permanent

**Benefits**:

- Extended medical benefits
- The firm policy allows 35 hours per annum for sick days for full time employees.
- Flexible summer work schedule

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- 7 hour per day (minimum 8 hour days from February to April)
- During February to April, extra hours are expected with overtime and can be banked

Salary depending on experience

**Experience**:

- Receptionist/administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: $37,819.00-$39,723.00 per year

**Education**:
