**Position Summary**

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Implement and support VPN solutions to ensure secure remote access for users.
- Design, develop, and maintain databases using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to computer networking.
- Utilize PL/SQL for database management tasks as needed.
- Ensure data security through regular backups and updates, as well as implementing best practices in cybersecurity.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.
- Provide technical support to staff members, assisting with hardware and software issues.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role in managing IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and practices.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMWare.
- Experience with database management using SQL, NoSQL, PL/SQL is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in developing REST APIs and understanding of web services architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to vaticinate potential issues before they arise.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide support to users.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate) are a plus.
