**Job Title**: Business Analyst - SAP ICM/CD
**Location**: Remote

**Job Type**: Full-Time Contract

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather and document business requirements for ICM and CD processes.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Configure and maintain SAP ICM and CD modules.
- Provide functional support for ICM/CD, including issue resolution and testing.
- Assist in process optimization and automation within ICM/CD.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations related to incentives and disbursements.
- Develop reports and dashboards for incentive payouts and cash disbursements.
- Coordinate user training and provide ongoing system support.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP ICM/CD.
- Knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module is a plus.
- Strong expertise in SAP ICM and CD configuration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Fiori is an advantage.

Pay: $50.00-$63.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
