**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about supporting a growing team with all aspects of **Operations and Financial Management**?

This role primarily oversees **multiple offices across Alberta** and is responsible for **operations, client relationships, and business growth**. The position provides flexibility in location and can be **based out of Calgary, Edmonton, or Red Deer**, while supporting all offices in Alberta.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Leadership & Team Development**
- Ensure **local offices follow BELFOR practices and protocols**, supporting General Managers in **employee training and career growth**.
- Oversee **departmental effectiveness** through **coordination and communication** across locations.
- Conduct **weekly operational meetings** with managers to review **leads, sales, scorecards, and customer feedback**.
- Manage **equipment assignments**, including **cell phones, computers, and vehicles**, tracking fuel consumption per office.

**Financial & Business Management**
- ** Monitor and analyze financial performance**, providing **monthly reports** to General & Operational Managers.
- Oversee **budget planning, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable**, and **profitability strategies**.
- Regularly **assess jobsite conditions** and report concerns to leadership.

**Human Resources & Safety**
- Support **recruitment, interviewing, and training initiatives**.
- Supervise team members and conduct **performance evaluations**.
- Participate in **performance management and documentation** to ensure accountability.

**Business Development & Market Growth**
- Identify **new business opportunities**, including **local community-based initiatives**.
- Attend **industry conferences** and strategize **new revenue opportunities**.
- Regularly meet with General Managers to discuss **marketing and workflow improvements**.

**Required Qualifications**:

- ** 5+ years of experience** in **construction, insurance, or restoration industry**:

- ** 3+ years of experience** in a **senior-level management or accounting role**:

- ** Intermediate to advanced** experience with **Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, JD Edwards, Xactimate/XactAnalysis**:

- ** Self-motivated** to achieve goals and meet deadlines
- ** Eligible to operate a motor vehicle** per BELFOR’s vehicle policy
- ** Willingness to work nights and weekends** when required
- ** Ability to travel periodically**:
