**About the Role**
As a Regional Account Manager, you’ll build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers. You’ll connect with key decision-makers, provide expert guidance on Kal Tire products and services, and work closely with internal teams to ensure we deliver on our promises. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, expanding our market presence, and supporting the success of both our customers and our stores.
**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with assigned accounts and key stakeholders.
- Maintain and grow your regional sales portfolio through proactive engagement and market insight.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet customer needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Support store management in implementing sales strategies.
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Participate in industry events and build networks that strengthen Kal Tire’s presence in the market.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum Grade 12 or GED equivalent; post-secondary diploma or degree preferred, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A customer-first mindset and proven ability to deliver results.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an asset).
Special Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
