Steve Madden Canada is looking for a**Receptionist**who can provide top-quality support to our general team and visitors. Our new representative will be the first impression to anyone entering our office. This position requires a positive, mature professional yet outgoing personality who can inspire confidence in our brand and people. We're looking for a coworker ready to be a team player

**What you will do**:

- Greet any visitor that walk into the office and keep track of who's in and who's out
- Monitor visitor access
- Answering, forwarding and screening various phone calls
- handle and distribute mail and packages
- preparing meeting room
- Entering Orders
- Sorting retail store mail bags
- Assisting with a variety of administrative duties

**What you bring**:

- College degree (preferred but not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with superior follow-through
- Solid comprehension, listening skills and helpful attitude
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and awareness
- Excellent intuitive, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, and intermediate Excel skills preferred
