**Duties**
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for healthcare providers.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and directing calls to appropriate staff members.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Process patient information, including insurance verification and billing inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming and outgoing communications.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
**Skills**
- Experience in a medical setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with front desk operations, including managing phone systems efficiently.

**Responsabilités**:
- Accueillir les patients et visiteurs, assurant une atmosphère accueillante à l'accueil
- Gérer efficacement les processus d'enregistrement des patients.
- Planifier les rendez-vous et maintenir un calendrier organisé pour les prestataires de soins de santé.
- Répondre rapidement aux appels téléphoniques, traiter les demandes et orienter les appels vers les membres du personnel appropriés.
- Maintenir des dossiers médicaux électroniques (DME) précis et veiller au respect des réglementations sur la confidentialité.
- Traiter les informations des patients, y compris la vérification des assurances et les demandes de facturation.
- Assister dans les tâches administratives telles que le classement, la saisie de données et la gestion des fournitures de bureau.
- Utiliser efficacement les systèmes téléphoniques pour gérer les communications entrantes et sortantes.
- Collaborer avec le personnel médical pour assurer une prise en charge fluide des patients et une communication efficace.
**Compétences**
- Une expérience dans un milieu médical est préférable.
- Compétence dans les tâches administratives, avec des compétences organisationnelles solides.
- La connaissance des systèmes de dossiers médicaux électroniques est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite pour interagir de manière professionnelle avec les patients et le personnel.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement dynamique tout en maintenant une grande attention aux détails.
