**Job purpose**:
As Client Specialist, you are a critical point of contact in our clients’ journey across digital and physical channels. You are a brand ambassador, exceeding our clients’ expectations with your passion for product and a detailed understanding of our services. You gravitate towards client interactions and are passionate about creating lasting impressions with our clients before, during and after their purchase.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
- Execute proven clientele tactics effortlessly, while also coming up with new ways to elevate the client experience
- Manage list of key clients online to build sustainable long-term relationships and trust
- Utilize both retail and online stores as RC showrooms for clients, facilitating and supporting purchases where/when/how the client wishes
- Fluent in the GTM calendar for quick response times on client questions and are able to plan key client interactions around new product drops
- Manage returns, warranty issues/repairs while ensuring clients are regularly updated
- Streamline processes and communication between our team and our partners at the Distribution Centre
- Support and work alongside Retail Store Managers to ensure omnichannel related fulfillment and processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Proactively provide feedback to management on new processes or process improvements
**Required Skills & Experience**
- 2-3 years customer service, eCommerce or related retail experience in the athletic wear or men's contemporary industry; knowledge of Reigning Champ
- Strong focus on offering exceptional customer service
- You approach each client interaction with empathy and compassion
- Proficient typing speed, highly organized and skilled communicator (both verbally and written)
- Exceptional ability to work with others in a team environment
- Personable and able to build relationships with clients
- Professional, positive, enthusiastic and client centric
- Proficiency with IT systems, both customer service specific and windows packages
- Excited about advancement opportunities
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Excellent attention to detail
In addition, it will be considered an asset if you have:
- Post secondary education
- Knowledge of Shopify, Gladly, Loop Returns and Riskified
- A second language
