**CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST / FRONT DESK** (PART TIME AVAILABLE)

Better Bodies Club is a boutique personal training studio in the heart of Kitsilano; our studio is bright, friendly and inviting. We represent a 5 star guest experience which begins with first impressions at the front desk. When clients walk into our club, our client care team sets the tone for the rest of their experience

We are looking for a vibrant, upbeat individual with a strong work ethic who is passionate about customer service to join our team as a Client Care Specialist.

**What you will do (responsibilities and duties)**:

- Take ownership of daily operations involved with running the front desk, including using Mindbody software
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Work with the client care team to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Collaborate with team members on activities to improve operations, increase the visibility of the club in the neighbourhood, and grow the Better Bodies community
- Keep the facility tidy and organized
- Other ad hoc projects and tasks
- A can-do, positive attitude
- Experience providing exceptional customer service
- The ability to problem-solve and be solution-focused
- Professional communicator both verbal and written
- The skills to keep up in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining poise and professionalism
- Computer-literate and comfortable with technology
- A genuine interest/passion for health and fitness
- Experience using Mindbody is considered an asset, but not expected

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
