Our mission at **Pinnacle Home Care **is to provide quality home care services. Our

and their families. We are dedicated to accomplishing these services in a highly
professional and dignified manner, in an atmosphere most beneficial and cost
- effective to the client.
The Manager of Home Care is responsible for hiring, directing and mentoring home care
givers to ensure client-focused care is achieved, maintaining accountability of the
care giving staff to ensure that individualized client home care is appropriate and
in place. Primary responsibilities include monitoring the care givers to ensure
client needs are being met, planning and implementation of care giving programs
to meet client needs and effectively communicating with clients and their families.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must have at least 3 years working in a management position with seniors, disabled persons and those afflicted with Alzheimer's disease/dementia.
- Successful completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing oror other relevant discipline preferred.
**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Sound management skills and understanding of all facets of care giving in a residential setting.
- Ability to plan, direct and control the delivery of multifaceted care services throughout the Lower Mainland.
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal and team relationships.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding of the needs of seniorsand those afflicted with Alzheimer's and dementia.
- Must be available to travel throughout the Lower Mainland.
**COMPENSATION**
This is a full time, permanent, management position consisting of a 40 hour work week.
Day shift, usually Monday to Friday, although depending on Client or Care giver needs, some weekend or evening work may be necessary.
Compensation package includes: Base salary, benefits, car allowance and an extended health plan.
