Looking to make a difference with your project management skills in a thrilling industrial contracting setting? Brymark Installations Group Inc., an industrial contracting company based in British Columbia and a part of the Carlson Construction Group, is searching for an Intermediate Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

**Position**: Intermediate Project Manager
**Location**: Port Coquitlam

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing daily operations during the construction phase to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Planning and preparing construction schedules using an earned value method to effectively monitor progress.
- Preparing and negotiating contracts, managing subcontractors, and overseeing project finances.
- Acting as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to nurture effective relationships.
- Deploying resources efficiently and upholding a strong commitment to Health, Safety & Environment standards.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Holds a B.Sc. in a related field, Applied Technologist, or equivalent Trade experience.
- PMP designation is advantageous.
- 3-5 years of project management experience in heavy industrial projects.
- Experience working with subcontractors, managing schedules, and handling contract documentation.
- Knowledge of heavy industrial projects, including Process Piping in Oil and Gas sectors.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle access required.
