London, Canada All Terrain Property Maintenance Full time

We are a busy landscaping/ snow removal company servicing commercial properties in the London area.

Our shop maintains and repairs our grass crew and snow crew fleet vehicles, heavy diesel equipment, small equipment and tools.

The shop assistant position is a full - time position. Sifts, and duration vary depending on season.

Some duties include:
Housekeeping:

- Cleaning shop bays (sweeping)
- Cleaning break rooms, office & bathroom (vac, dust, wipe down)
- Cleaning yard (keeping organization outside for example a skid is out of place move it to the skid pile)
- Garbage: empty
- organizing tool benches and workspaces

Errands:

- Garbage: to shamrock, to dump, to Zubicks, battery disposal, oil drum disposal
- Parts pick up
- Vehicle shuttle service drop/pickup
- meet Operators to fuel equipment
- meet crews to pick up broken equipment or deliver repaired items back to them.
- wait for service to arrive during an on-site breakdown.

Maintenance:

- power washing
- fleet detailing (Prepping for Summer to Winter switch over, cleaning and preparing equipment coming off/ go out on rental)

Assisting with repairs:

- Aiding during large repairs, helping lift, passing tools/parts, basic tasks like changing oil and filters

problem solving repair issues

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- automotive technician: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- G Driver's License (required)
