**Summary of the Role**

As a Golf Shop Assistant at Sunningdale Golf & C.C, you will be the first impression to our members as they enter the golf shop and will actively assist them with any questions or requests, they may have.

We take pride in our boutique style Golf Shop and the shopping service we provide for our members, therefore as a Golf Shop Assistant, you will prioritize the shop looking its best to maintain a welcoming and approachable environment for all.

- Provide personalized service in our golf shop
- Enhance the member experience by assisting in the organization and setup of our golf shop, back shop and starter staff

**Valuable Skills**
- You have great relational skills, and are friendly with exceptional customer service skills

**or** are open to learn how to create a great experience for all our guests
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to work well with teammates and other staff.
- Coachability for constant hands-on training.
- A working knowledge of the Private Golf Club industry is an asset but not necessary.
