**Job Title**: RV Service Administration Manager

**Location**: Leisure Days RV Group - Greater Ottawa Region

The Leisure Days RV Group has a full-time RV Service Administration Manager career opportunity for a personable, effective, and business minded individual. We offer a dynamic work environment with the opportunity for ongoing training.

This position is Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.

**Reports To**: General Manager

**Compensation**: $60 - $70K annually + bonus

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- ** Process Optimization**:

- Analyze and refine service processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices and standardized procedures across the service department to capitalize on customer pay and warranty.
- Utilize data and metrics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- ** Profitability Management**:

- Develop and manage budgets for the service department, ensuring cost control and revenue growth.
- Analyze financial reports and service data to identify opportunities for increased profitability.
- Implement strategies to maximize upselling and cross-selling of services and parts.
- ** Service Coordination**:

- Schedule and manage service appointments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate between customers and service technicians to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and track service progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- ** Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- ** Administrative Management**:

- Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, invoices, and service history.
- Manage parts inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Prepare and analyze service reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- ** Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and support administrative staff within the service department.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure team members are knowledgeable and efficient.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- ** Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all service operations comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role within an RV service or automotive environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office management software and service management systems.
- Knowledge of RV maintenance and repair processes (preferred).
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and profitability analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and operational efficiency.

**Work Conditions**:

- Full-time position with occasional overtime as needed.
- Work is typically performed in an office setting within the service department.
- Some physical activity may be required, including moving between service bays and office areas.
