**Primary Objectives**

This role seeks an experienced executive assistant to support the Founding Principal of Wiser, alongside some of our office administrative needs. This role will be responsible for setting the leader up for success to execute their diverse, challenging and community-oriented mandate and includes:
**1. Administrative Support (approximately 50%)**
- Support internal and external financial processes and goals (project and administrative) such as expense claims
- Support office organizational needs, supplies, contractors, and landlord/tenant needs for a 6-person office space and 10 person overall staff
- Basic legal knowledge (e.g. reviewing contracts or coordinating with legal teams) is an asset
- Writing and research related to personal and professional correspondence
- Potential for social media, print media, and other communications support
- Presentation, report reviews, quality control, copy editing as needed.

**2. Executive Support (approximately 50%)**
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Founding Principal, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and document preparation
- Serving as a primary contact, managing communications and ensuring a smooth workflow for daily operations
- Coordinating travel for Founding Principal and other staff
- Liaising with internal teams and external contacts to prioritize leadership time, personal and professional
- Anticipating needs and proactively addressing challenges before they arise.

**Experience and Knowledge**
- Proven experience in an executive assistant, office administrator or personal assistant role for minimum five (5) years
- Related post-secondary education is preferred
- Financial acumen is required with a proven ability to maintain personal budgets, banking, and accounts payables for personal accounts
- Tech savvy with strong proficiency in MS Office and Office 365, and a desire to utilize the latest office technologies to improve efficiencies
- A vehicle and current driver’s license is required

**What We Offer**
- 35-hour work weeks with a flexible start date
- Business hours are 8-5 with flexibility within individual schedules and needs
- Approximately 4 days of work a week to be undertaken at our office and up to one day remote
