- As a **_Telemarketing Agent_**, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

- Promote MRa insurance products to members of professional associations and corporations through targeted phone calls;
- Contact members by phone to schedule appointments with our representatives;
- Analyze the client files assigned to you;
- Enter client data and code calls in the system.
- **What could accelerate your success in this role**
- We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a high school diploma (DES);
- Has at least 6 months of experience in customer service and solicitation (call center experience is an asset);
- Is recognized for their energy and interpersonal skills;
- Stands out for courtesy and organizational skills;
- Demonstrates autonomy and attention to detail;
- Has basic computer knowledge.
