**Your tasks will be to**:

- Assist team members with any requests they may have to facilitate their own tasks;
- Assist in making escalation decisions;
- As the highest level of escalation, ensure that the query has been resolved quickly and fairly to the satisfaction of the members;
- Follow up with members and other departments on any pending escalations;
- Create and modify the agent's work schedule as needed;
- Minimize exposure on social media platforms;
- Adhere to regulations and procedures regarding confidentiality, insurance and other financial services;
- Communicate any criticism, sensitive situations or complaints to the manager;
- Build trust with each customer to be an ambassador of the brand;
**What we are looking for**:

- Fluency in written and spoken French and English;
- Will to meet the continuing education requirements;
- Flexible availability Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (depending on operational needs);
- Self-confidence, autonomy, thoroughness and strong interpersonal skills;
- Experience of 2 years or more as an insurance broker and management experience;
- Active general insurance license in Ontario - Property & Casualty and/or General Insurance license in Quebec and good standing records with regulatory agencies;
- Understanding of P&C product marketing trends;
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality;
- Knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the property and casualty insurance industry;
- Ability to deal with customers in difficult situations;
- Strong customer service skills: calm, reassuring, polite and empathetic;
- Analytical skills, decision-making ability and good resistance to stress
- Excellent time management skills;
- Previous telemarketing experience (an asset);
- Contribution to the development of team members;
- Knowledge of various social media platforms.
- Ability to connect directly to your modem and access to internet connectivity of course: minimum download and upload speeds of 60Mbps - the faster the better

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $26.00 per hour
