**THE TEN SPOT®** Guelph is looking for a part-time weekend and evening **receptionist/ guest services coordinator,**who will act as the conductor of our space and ensure that every interaction a client has with us makes them feel like a ten

**what you will do**:
**coordinate the guest experience to ensure an exceptional experience from beginning to end**:

- enthusiastically greet & host each guest who enters our space
- book guest appointments and keep the schedule organized and optimized
- meticulously oversee the appearance of our physical space
- ensure the final touchpoint with guests is a success - checking out guests, taking payment, rebooking appointments

This is a part-time+ role, requiring weekend and weekday evening shift availability, along with being flexible for various weekday daytime shifts as needed, and opportunities for growth and advancement

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guelph, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Reception/admin: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (required)
