THE TEN SPOT Guelph is looking for a part-time receptionist/ guest services coordinator, flexible for daytime, evening and weekend shifts, who will act as the conductor of our space and ensure that every interaction a client has with us makes them feel like a ten

what you will do:

coordinate the guest experience to ensure an exceptional experience from beginning to end:

  • enthusiastically greet & host each guest who enters our space
  • book guest appointments and keep the schedule organized and optimized
  • meticulously oversee the appearance of our physical space
  • ensure the final touchpoint with guests is a success - checking out guests, taking payment, rebooking appointments

This is a part-time+ role, requiring flexible daytime, evening and weekend shift availability, and opportunities for growth and advancement into a potential assistant manager role.
