Our Customer Service Sales Agents are situated at Gray Line and Victoria Cruise Services kiosks around Victoria’s picturesque Inner Harbour, engaging visitors and locals alike as ambassadors for our beautiful city and our multiple tour services. We provide a variety of memorable sightseeing experiences and serve as an important conduit for visitors who want to explore all that Victoria has to offer. If you’re looking to gain valuable experience in the tourism industry, this is a perfect place to start

**What we are looking for**:

- Ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task, and be adaptable to different aspects of the job
- Willing and able to work outside in various Victoria weather conditions
- Experience handling cash, maintaining a cash float, and reconciling daily sales
- Knowledge of Victoria and its local attractions is an asset
- Class 5 BC driver’s license or equivalent Canadian provincial license an asset

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
