Do you enjoy sustainable tourism, nature and would like to work in a fun-loving environment? We at BC Whale Tours are looking for one part-time Guest Service Agent to join our team for the 2025 season

BC Whale Tours is a premium marine adventure company providing unforgettable experiences for our guests. We specialize in boutique whale watching adventures using high-end, custom-made vessels, operating out of Victoria, BC. Our motto is _**We simply love what we do**_
- Experience in tourism/hospitality and/or customer service industry
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, and Social Media
- Handling cash and taking payments (POS system)
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Basic marine knowledge of the local wildlife (i.e., types of whales in our ocean)
- Availability for set schedule, Friday - Sunday (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with opportunity for more hours throughout the season.
- Must be available weekends (required) plus week days/evenings on occasion.

Please note that the season concludes in September/October (varies by season). Training will begin near the end of May.

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Tourism-related: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
