Production and Facilities Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, the Production and Facilities Manager is responsible for managing and planning all aggregate operations activities of various site locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Sales, Quality Control, and Dispatch to ensure cohesive decision-making amongst all departments.
- Work closely with Health & Safety, Human Resources, the IT Department, and the Crupi Shop for streamlined implementation of strategies and resources.
- Efficiently manage the operations personnel and activities of each aggregate site.
- Develop, execute, and monitor plant production schedules for our various locations.
- Develop, execute, and monitor our repair programs for our equipment and facilities.
- Develop, and implement proactive plant and equipment maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with and manage the activities of all subcontractors on our various sites.
- Assist with developing budgets and monitoring progress vs budget as required.
- Hire and provide training, coaching, and mentorship to new employees.
- Prepare required reports and tracking metrics on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Weekly payroll an invoice approval accountability.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of supervisory experience in an aggregate environment.
- High degree of knowledge and practical skills in surface mining operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and lead a team.
- Must have a G license, as frequent travel to our sites in the GTA is required, and a company vehicle is provided.
