Production Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the production process and ensure that all products are manufactured efficiently and on time
- Manage and train production staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols
- Develop and implement production schedules and monitor production levels to meet customer demand
- Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and implement cost-saving measures
- Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
- Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions
- Maintain and track KPIs to ensure performance and productivity
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control methods
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing them in a production setting.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Experience with inventory management and supply chain processes

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
