**Overview**:
Calgary Custom Concepts is seeking a highly connected, experienced **Commission Sales Executive** to drive B2B contract sales in the finish carpentry and millwork sector. This is a 100% commission role designed for someone who already knows the local construction landscape—someone with real relationships, real influence, and real deal-making skills.

If you’re retired, semi-retired, or run your own firm but want to leverage your network for significant upside—this may be the most lucrative opportunity you’ll find.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Leverage your existing network of builders, developers, general contractors, and construction managers to generate warm leads
- Set up meetings, walk jobs, and negotiate contracts for trim, finish carpentry, and millwork packages
- Confidently present our capabilities and past work to secure new projects
- Estimate and price jobs accurately in collaboration with our in-house team
- Close deals that contribute to a target of **$1M+ in new business** in your first year
- Act as the liaison between client and production to ensure clear expectations and smooth delivery

**You’re a Great Fit If You**:

- Have **deep, existing relationships** in the Calgary residential or commercial construction scene
- Know **who to call** to land work—and they pick up when you do
- Have **estimating and pricing experience** in trim carpentry or millwork
- Previously ran your own carpentry, millwork, or general contracting business, or held a senior role in purchasing, sales, or estimating
- Are self-motivated, persuasive, and able to work independently
- Want to earn **$100K+ per year** on a straight 10% commission structure with zero cap

**Compensation**:

- 10% commission on all revenue you bring in
- $1M in revenue = $100K+ income
- No cap, no ceiling—your income scales directly with your performance
- Flexible hours and remote-friendly work structure

Calgary Custom Concepts is a fast-growing, highly regarded finish carpentry and millwork company specializing in trim work, accent walls, ceiling details, and architectural woodwork. We serve high-end residential and multi-family builders across Calgary.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $75,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 6 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
