Job Title: Sales Representative (Commission-Based)
Company: Continent Constructions Ltd.
Location: Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area
Type: Per Lead Visit Payment + Hefty Commission on Conversion
Compensation:

- Minimum guaranteed payment per lead visit.
- High commission on successful conversions.
- Sincere efforts can result in a minimum annual earning of $145,000.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work on leads provided by Continent Constructions management.
- Generate leads and reach out to potential clients.
- Promote Continent Constructions’ renovation and construction services.
- Follow up on leads, prepare quotes, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Report progress and achievements to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales or related fields is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Greater Calgary Metropolitan area is preferred.
