**Role Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
- Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Assess potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Implement supply chain risk management strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to supply chain staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization initiatives.
- Manage and optimize procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers.
- Implement inventory control and stock replenishment processes.

**Role Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Experience with ERP systems, Epicor experience preferred.

**Additional Desired Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in supply chain management or a related field.
- Professional certification such as APICS CSCP or ISM CPSM.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
