**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet guests with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
- Clearly communicate maintenance and repair recommendations
- Coordinate between customers, technicians, and parts staff
- Manage repair orders, estimates, and follow-ups
- Ensure a seamless service experience from drop-off to pick-up

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Prior experience as an automotive Service Advisor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS is a plus
- A passion for delivering luxury-level hospitality
