**WORKING SHOP FOREMAN**

Lexus of Oakville’s state of the art service facility is busier than ever and we have an opportunity for a working Shop Foreman to join our award-winning team. Lexus of Oakville is a Platinum-certified dealer, 6-time winner of the Pursuit of Excellence Award, and recipient of the Consumers Choice award for best Lexus dealership in the GTA for 9 consecutive years. We’re looking for someone who exudes confidence, and has the right attitude to provide the Ultimate Lexus Experience.

**This is a full-time position and Toyota/Lexus Master Technician a requirement**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to guide and lead Technicians & Apprentices
- Keep abreast of the latest technical information including up to date Lexus training as available
- Road test vehicles with customers when required
- Provide technical expertise to assist with customer disputes
- Understand manufacturers warranty conditions and policies and enforces compliances
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures when required
