Automotive Internal Advisor & Service Dispatch

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that all work gets in the shop through the dispatch system as per promise times
- Ensuring work is distributed to technicians with proper designations
- Performing Quality Control inspections
- Processing all internal work orders (new & preowned)
- Organize all sublet work that the vehicle requires to prepare for delivery
- Organizing and processing each delivery with the detail team
- Inspecting all pre-owned vehicles and providing estimate for reconditioning
- Works directly with Sales department to meet delivery times
- Ensuring demos are maintained according to the maintenance schedule
- Additional duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in automotive dealership is required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Era Ignite experience is an asset
